NT Adaptive ™ .VASS

VASS NT Adaptive is an intelligent vibroacoustic sensor designed to monitor not only rotating equipment, milling and crushing machinery, and electric motors, but also any structures, foundations, bridges, and other structures and devices subject to vibration.
VASS NT Adaptive performs all calculations on-board, freeing you from cloud dependency. If desired, you can stream data to the cloud or a local server.
VASS NT Adaptive does not need to be trained—it learns on its own.
Two models of VASS NT Adaptive are available for order—one for rolling bearing diagnostics and one for general diagnostics, anomaly detection, and novelty assessment.
For early fault detection in industrial equipment, an unsupervised self-learning algorithm is used, based on a combined algorithm of vibroacoustic analysis and signal clustering, followed by recognition using neuromorphic chips.

During the configuration and training phase, VASS NT Adaptive learns the data without any prior knowledge of the current operating modes; when the number of learned operating modes for components or assemblies converges to a certain number (as the input data is clustered, the number of new clusters ceases to grow), the system is considered to know all the equipment’s operating modes.

If VASS NT Adaptive subsequently fails to recognize previously learned modes, it concludes that a new, previously unknown equipment operating mode is present.
Thus, the system is capable of detecting both anomalous and new modes that were previously unknown.
The self-learning process never stops.
